Hosting provider, workflow automation (n8n) for lead routing, and analytics vendors (e.g. Yandex Metrika) when you opt in. Transfers outside the EEA use appropriate safeguards where required.

5. Retention

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up engagement, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer storage.

6. Your rights
